NetLessor - Mass Process Renewals
OVERVIEW
NetLessor has the ability to mass process renewals in a bulk batch process. This step is especially useful for users with high volume lease renewals.
Prerequisite: Leases that are up for renewal must have the Auto Renewal box checked and the Auto Renewal Terms updated when the lease is initially created. For more information on how to do this, see article Assign Accounting Information to the Lease Record.
STEP BY STEP PROCESS
- Navigate to NetLessor > Mass Update Leases > Mass Modify Leases
- Here you will see all the leases pending modification.
- Enter any desired filters and click Filter Results if you would only like a subset of leases to process renewals.
- Click on the lease hyperlink to review the lease details before processing the renewal.
- Once you have reviewed the leases and you’re happy with the leases displaying in the sublist, click the Mark All button then click the Modify button.
- Click Refresh until the process status shows Complete.
- Once the process is complete you will see a list of Renewed Leases.
- Click on the lease hyperlink to be redirected to the lease record. You can Edit or Reverse Modification of the lease record.
- If you would like to reverse the renewal, simply click the Reverse Modification button, and confirm your intent to reverse by clicking Ok
- The reversal will reverse the lease record end date back to the original end date shown before the modification.
