NetLessor - Undiscounted Lease Maturity
Purpose
The Undiscounted Lease Maturity Report summarizes the future payments of all leases by lease type and classification in a given time period.
How To
Navigation:
NetLessor > Reports (All or Disclosure) > Undiscounted Lease Maturity > Run
Filtering:
The report search can be narrowed down by adjusting the filters for accounting period. The report will automatically update as filtering options are selected.
Results
Upon running the report the user will see the details of each lease type and classification and the associated future payment amounts for the specified time frame. Select the export button to download the report into Excel.
