Lease Modifications
Overview
The lease modifications report provides a detail listing of leases modified during the selected period range.
Process Steps
Step 1:
- Navigate to NetLease > Reports (All or Management) > Lease Modifications
- Select Run button
Step 2:
- The report search can be narrowed down by adjusting the filters for subsidiary, status, lease type, lease ID, lease name, period, and date
- The report will automatically update as filtering options are selected
Recommended Filter by period or date to obtain modified leases in desired period range. |
Results
- Upon running the report, the user will see all modified leases in the selected period range by modification
- Each modification line item will include general information about the lease (ID, lease type, and subsidiary) and modification related information (modification type, scope decrease, ROU impairment amount, and old/new lease end date)
- The user also has the ability to view the corresponding NetLease modification entry by clicking the journal entry link.
Troubleshooting
Is the report missing leases?
If desired leases do not appear in the report, check the selected filters to ensure leases are not being restricted from view.
