Lease Additions
Overview
The lease additions report provides a detail listing of lease additions for the selected period range.
Process Steps
Step 1
- Navigate to NetLease > Reports (All or Management) > Lease Additions > Run
- Select Run button
Step 2:
- The report search can be narrowed down by adjusting the filters for commencement date, dates, subsidiary, lease type, and status
- The report will automatically update as filtering options are selected
Recommended Filter by period or date to obtain lease additions in desired period range. |
Results
- Upon running the report the user will see all lease additions in the selected period range by lease
- Each lease line item will include general information about the lease (ID, classification, vendor, etc.) and initial lease start balance information (Commencement date, liability balance, lease incentives, etc.)
Troubleshooting
Is the report missing leases?
If desired leases do not appear in the report, check the selected filters to ensure leases are not being restricted from view.
