Short Term Lease Census
Overview
This search provides a detail listing of leases marked as short-term or low value, which can be a required footnote disclosure item. Leases are marked as short term or low value within the lease record on lease creation within the accounting subtab under Accounting Overrides field group.

Process Steps
Step 1:
- Navigate to NetLease > Reports > Disclosure Reports > Short Term Lease Census
- Select Run button
Results
- Upon running the schedule, the user will see a list of all the short term or low value leases, with the lease classification, commencement date and payment amount
- Each lease line item is available for edit or view
Troubleshooting
If no data appears when you complete your search, navigate to the lease record that should be included on the report to make sure the lease is marked as a short term or low value lease.
