Shared Transactions UAT testing
Overview
Prior to the implementation being completed, Netgain recommends the client completes UAT testing. All configuration, permissions, and customization in the account will need to be completed before UAT testing can begin.
The Shared Transactions Product Test Case file includes a variety of cases that walk through setup for new templates, configuration of custom segments, and the different methods of allocation. The cases are segregated by section and required/optional tasks. Each case includes navigation details, expected results, and helpful knowledge base articles.
