SSEO - How to Uninstall the SuperSync Email Add-in From Outlook

Objective:
This document provides step-by-step instructions on how to remove the SuperSync Email add-in from Microsoft Outlook using your web browser.

Steps to Remove SuperSync Email Add-in:

1. Access the Add-in Management Page:

   • Open your web browser and navigate to https://aka.ms/olksideload.
   • If prompted, log in with your Microsoft account credentials.

2. Navigate to My Add-ins:

   • Once logged in, you will be directed to the Microsoft Add-in Marketplace menu.
   • On the left-hand side of the page, click on "My add-ins." View full size

3. Locate the SuperSync Email Add-in:

   • In the "My add-ins" section, you will see a list of all installed add-ins for your Microsoft Outlook.
   • Scroll through the list to find the SuperSync Email add-in. View full size

4. Remove the Add-in:

   • Once you've located the SuperSync Email add-in, click on the horizontal three-dot menu (⋯) next to it.
   • In the drop-down menu that appears, click on "Remove." View full size

5. Administered Add-ins:

   • If the "Remove" option is not visible, this indicates that the add-in was likely installed by your Outlook 365 administrator.
   • In this case, please reach out to your Outlook 365 administrator for further assistance with removing the add-in.

Note: Removing the add-in will deactivate its functionality within Outlook, but you can always reinstall it later if needed.
