NetCash - Implementation Roadmap
Below are key implementation milestones and related activities that need to be completed on the road to go-live.

Alignment Call | Fill out NetCash Discovery Questions. | Call for introductions, setting project objectives, providing a project overview, and establishing the project timeline. | Provide Netgain team admin access to NetSuite; bookmark Netgain Knowledge Center; review Scope of Services. |
Install NetCash SuiteApp. | Call to introduce your team to the templates used to migrate your data, ensure you have access to helpful resources that aid in completing the templates, and provide time for your team to ask questions. | Connect or add bank accounts. | |
NetCash Training Call | Prepare to share your screen during the training and ensure your role has permission to use NetCash functionality. | Your Netgain implementation team will train your team on your new NetCash processes and the various features you will be using once you go live in the system. | Practice these various processes in your sandbox account and start your user acceptance testing. |
User Acceptance Call (Optional) | Complete your user acceptance testing using the Product Test Cases file as a guide. | This call allows you to raise issues you found during testing to the Netgain team, so these can be resolved. | Finalize testing and provide "green light" for go-live. |
Transition From Sandbox to Production | Delete all test data. Verify data validation is complete. | The Netgain team will transition your data from your sandbox to your production environment in preparation for going live. | You will need to smoke test the transferred data to ensure no errors have crept in during the transition. |
Go-Live Call (Optional) | Review data in production. | Book cutover items in NetCash. The Netgain team can help you do this on a dedicated call. | Ensure your cutover items are booked correctly. |
Post Go-Live Support | You have until the Project Closure Call to ask your implementor questions following your go-live date. | Consult the Netgain knowledge base as you encounter questions or issues using the product. Additional support can be found by contacting support@netgain.tech if needed. | Enjoy your automated cash reconciliation! |
Project Closure Call | Review of NetCash implementation and discussion of resources post-implementation. | Documented sign-off of Scope of Services. |
