NetLease - Schedule Line List
Overview
The NetLease Schedule Line List is a list of all amortization schedule entry lines for all leases.
Step by Step Process
- Navigate to NetLease > Lease Management > Schedule Line List
- Below see the default view that will appear of the schedule line list:

Lease Liability Balance (Posting) | Lease liability balance posted per the period start date of a specific month in the lease term | 28,259.10 |
Allocated to Interest (Financing) | Amount of payment allocated to interest for the period | 117.62 |

- If you would like to edit this view, select the Customize View button
- Give your Schedule Line search a new name and navigate to the Results subtab
- On this tab, you can add columns to be included in the search results
- To add a field title, type the name of the field you are looking for or click in the box above the Add button to select from the drop-down options.
- If you would like to add a field from the lease record, scroll down the list until you find Lease Fields…
- Once selected, a pop up box will appear to select the desired lease field
***Note: NetLease has the ability to split out the Gross and Net ROU Asset balances on the schedule line list. To do this, simply add the following Field titles:
- To remove a field title, click on the text you want to remove and then select the Remove button.
- Field titles can be arranged by using the Move Up, Move Down, Move to Top, or Move To Bottom buttons or by moving the field title with your cursor—select the text you want to move then hover over the 6 dots to the left of the text.
- Once you have the fields you want to include in your Schedule Line search, click Preview at the top of the screen to see a preview of the results, or Save to save your custom view.
- Once you have saved your Schedule Line List, you can export your file by selecting any of the icons to the left of the screen.
***Note: To change the view of your NetLease Schedule Line List to a list you customized, click the view dropdown arrow.
