Punchout for NetSuite - Use System Notes to Track Changes

Overview

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to use system notes to track changes or for troubleshooting when using Punchout for NetSuite.

Prerequisites: Must be logged in as an administrator in the NetSuite account.

Step by Step Process 

1. Navigate to Punchout > Punchout Configs and select Vendor Tiles Configs. View full size

3. Select the Notes sub-tab. View full size
4. Select System Notes. View full size
5. Review changes and updates. View full size
6. Select Save. View full size
