CalSync - How to Authorize SuperSync in Azure

Overview

To integrate SuperSync CalSync with Microsoft 365, you will need to authorize our application on your account. This process requires cooperation from both your NetSuite administrator and Microsoft 365 administrator. Below are the detailed steps to find your Microsoft 365 tenant ID and authorize SuperSync.

Prerequisites

  • NetSuite Administrator Access: A NetSuite administrator must provide access to NetSuite with the provided email address.
  • Microsoft 365 Administrator Access: A Microsoft 365 administrator must provide access to the Microsoft 365 tenant ID.

Steps to Find Microsoft 365 Tenant ID

  1. Locate Tenant ID: Refer to this link to find your Microsoft 365 tenant ID.

Authorizing SuperSync

Once you have your Microsoft 365 Tenant ID, you need to authorize the SuperSync app on your account. There are two options to complete this authorization:

Option 1: Custom URL Setup by SuperSync

  1. Send Tenant ID: Send your Tenant ID via the provided Google Form.
  2. Wait for Custom URL: We will set up a custom URL for you. This process may take one to two days.

Option 2: Manual URL Modification

  1. Modify URL: Insert your Tenant ID into the designated portion of the URL.

    • Original URL: https://login.microsoftonline.com/%7Byour_tenant_id%7D/adminconsent?client_id=783c187c-617e-4ab7-9fd6-7e0aec7185aa
    • Example: If your Tenant ID is 123-123-123-123, the new URL would be:

Authorization Process

  1. Access URL: Use the modified URL from the steps above.
  2. Sign In: Sign in to your Microsoft 365 account.
  3. Authorize SuperSync: Follow the prompts to authorize SuperSync.

After authorizing SuperSync, please notify us via email to confirm the completion of the process.
