Support Following Go-Live
You will have access to your implementation team to ask any NetAsset-related questions from your go-live through shortly after your next month-end close. After that, you will transition to reaching out to our dedicated support team at support@netgain.tech for assistance.
We recommend bookmarking our Knowledge Center, which is the fastest and most efficient way to find answers to your questions.
Support Following Project Close Out
After your Project Closure Call, your primary support resources will be:
- Our Knowledge Center for immediate, self-service help.
- Our dedicated support team at support@netgain.tech for any remaining or complex questions.
At that point, your Netgain implementation team will be focused on other projects and may not be as responsive, so please direct all inquiries to our support team.
