Record Field

We now support creating the following record types from within the add-in.

• Prospect
• Vendor
• Partner
• Project

Record Field

We now support an autofill that will automatically fill in the following information from the selected email when you enable it.

• First Name
• Last Name
• any field of type email address

We added a message next to the Profile field on the Employee record displaying user & license count with an option to purchase more licenses. We also show the number of licenses on the Configuration record.

Cc field max length

We fixed a bug that was causing an error when the Cc filed exceeded 300 characters.

Fixed bug: multiple employee records exist with the same email address

We fixed an error displayed in the add-in when the integration identified multiple employee records with the same email address.

SuperSync Signup Form

We streamlined the SuperSync signup form and reduced the number of steps required to authenticate your NetSuite account via Token Based Authentication.

Login Token

We developed an automated process to generate a login token and save it into your SuperSync configuration record. You won't see any change in how the add-in works, but it's a more efficient process in the background.

Record Create

We improved the logic of the Record Create feature. When a user creates a lead, the integration will set the Sales Rep field to the user who created that record.

SuperSync Email Address Aliases

SuperSync Email Address Aliases are not case sensitive anymore. This means that you can enter your email address in the aliases field in lower case, upper case, or a combination of lower and upper case letters.

Improved matching types logic

We fixed a bug that was creating matching types for record types that were not enabled for specific accounts, thus, generating an error message in the add-in.

Support email addresses contain an apostrophe (')

We now support email addresses that contain an apostrophe (').

Vendor Bill Compatibility

You now can log email directly to Vendor Bill records types using the add-in.

Return parent entity records in search results when searching for child contact records

When you enable this feature and search for a record if that record has a parent, the parent will display in the add-in too. This means that you have the option to log the email into the child or the parent record in NetSuite.

Add setting to control which File Cabinet directory attachments get saved to

We added a setting under your SuperSync Email Configuration Record to control which File Cabinet directory the attachments linked to the emails you logged using the add-in are saved.

SuiteApp Installation Notification

We get notified when a new user installs our SuiteApp so that we can contact the user and set up their implementation. If you are already one of our customers, this release will not affect you.
