Punchout for NetSuite - Use Location Address Identifier Field

Overview

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to use the Punchout Address Identifier field on the location record instead of the internal ID when transmitting ship-to IDs based on location when using Punchout for NetSuite.

NOTE - This is most often applicable for customers transitioning from another system with existing punchout functionality and have established location IDs the supplier uses.

Prerequisites: Must be logged in as an administrator in the NetSuite account.

Step by Step Process 

1. Navigate to Punchout > Punchout Configs and select Global Configs. View full size
2. Select Advanced. View full size
3. Check the Use Location Address Identifier Field box. View full size NOTE - This field can be found on the location record.
4. Select Save. View full size
