Punchout for NetSuite - Set Default Vendor Item Category

Overview

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to set the item category a vendor should automatically default to when using Punchout for NetSuite.

Prerequisites: Must be logged in as an administrator in the NetSuite account.

Step by Step Process

1. Navigate to Punchout > Punchout Configs and select Vendor Tiles Configs. View full size
2. Select Edit. View full size
3. Select the Item Categories sub-tab.

4. Select an Item Category from the Default Item Category dropdown. View full size
5. Select Save.
