NetLessor - Lease Modifications
Purpose
The Lease Modifications report provides a detailed listing of modifications and associated details for the selected periods.
NetLessor > Reports (All or Management) > Lease Modifications > Run
Filtering:
The report search can be narrowed down by adjusting the filters for subsidiary, lease type, lease classification, modification type, lease, effective date, and other dates. The report will automatically update as filtering options are selected.
| Recommended Filter by date or effective date to obtain lease additions in desired period range. If no date is selected, all active leases will show. |
Results
Upon running the report, the user will see all lease modifications in the selected date range by lease. Each lease line item will include information about the lease modified including lease ID, modification status, modification type, lease term, effective date, and the journal entry associated with the lease modification will be linked.
To see a before and after picture of the lease, click View next to the lease. This will show the details of the lease before the modification and after the modification.
Troubleshooting
Is the report missing leases?
- If desired leases do not appear in the report, check the selected filters to ensure leases are not being restricted from view.
Seeing a modification you weren't expecting?
- For modifications that result in a journal entry being created - journals that are Pending Approval will still show in the journal entry column of the report.
