NetLessor - Other Lease Contract Provisions
Purpose
The Other Lease Contract Provisions report provides a detail listing of all leases with an other contract provision attached to the lease. Lease contract options are set by creating a NetLessor Contract Provision child record on a lease with the Contract Provision Sub-Type marked as Other Contract Provision. Refer to the Capturing Contract Provisions article for more information.
Navigation:
NetLease > Reports (All or Management) > Other Lease Contract Provisions > Run
Results
Upon running the schedule the user will see a single line schedule by lease. Each lease line item will include contract provision key information for the purchase option. Click on the View hyperlink to see further details about the contract provisions. Select the export button to download the report into Excel.
Troubleshooting
- If no data appears when you complete your search, navigate to the lease record that should be included on the report to make sure a contract option has been added to that lease.
- Guarantor contract provisions will not show in this report. Please view the Lease Guarantors report to see a list of leases with a guarantor provision attached.
