Support Following Go-Live

You will have access to your implementation team to ask any NetClose-related questions through your first full monthly close following your go-live. After this period, you will transition over to our dedicated support channel at support@netgain.tech. Please ensure that your team is aware of our knowledge base, since this is the easiest and fastest way to receive answers to your questions. 

Support Following Project Close Out

At this point, we kindly ask that you no longer contact your Netgain implementation team, as they will be assigned to other projects and may not be as responsive. Rest assured, our support team is highly responsive and ready to address your queries promptly. 

If you have any questions about renewals or billing they should be directed to our renewals team at renewals@netgain.tech.
