NetLessor - Add Fields to Amortization Schedules

Overview 

The NetLessor Amortization Schedules appear at the bottom of the lease and provide basic schedule information by period. Instances may arise where additional fields may need to be added to the schedule. (i.e. Allocated to Net Investment In Lease).

Step by Step Process

  • Navigate to Customization > List, Records, Fields > Record Types > NetLessor Lease > Edit
  • Here you will see the NetLessor Lease record. Navigate to the sublist tab and you will see the various searches used to populate the amortization schedules


  • Copy the search title for the amortization schedule to be edited and paste into the global search bar 
  • Locate correct search and click Edit

  • Give your search an unique name and navigate to the Results subtab
  • Here you can add or remove field titles (i.e. Allocated to Net Investment In Lease)

  • Once all required updates have been made, navigate back to the NetLessor Lease record and select the new search name in the drop down for the amortization schedule being updated
  • Click Save

  • Navigate to any lease record and the new field will appear on the amortization schedule
