NetLessor - Manage Custom Sourcing
NetLessor can facilitate the sourcing of custom data from the lease record to the posting transaction. The fields you want to connect must first exist in the Lease Record and the Transaction.
Sourcing on Lease Creation
- Navigate to NetLessor > NetLessor Setup > Manage Custom Sourcing > New
- Enter field information to define sourcing from the originating proposal transaction to the Lease record
Field | Description |
| Custom Form | Select the entry form to use for creating this record. The Default form is usually used. |
| Name | Input a unique name to define the custom sourcing. |
| Type | Select "Transaction Posting" to source from the lease record to any automated posting transactions. |
| From Lease Field | Input the lease field to source from (e.g. Class). |
| To Transaction Field | Input the transaction field to source to (e.g. Class (Journal Line)). |
- Select Save
