Approvals - Configure Handle Step Reject Workflow Step

Overview

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to configure the Handle Step Reject step of the transaction workflow for Netgain Approvals.

Prerequisites: Must be logged in as an administrator in the NetSuite account and have copied the workflows installed with the bundle.

Step by Step Process 

  1. Navigate to Customization > Workflow and select Workflows.
  2. Select Edit next to the copy of the Approvals - Transaction (Template) workflow created here.
  3. Select Handle Step Reject field.
  4. Select New Action.
  5. Select Send Email.
  6. Navigate to the Sender field and select an employee from the dropdown.
  7. Select the From Field.
  8. Navigate to the Record (Join Field) and select Approvals Originator from the dropdown.
  9. Navigate to the Field field and select Email from the dropdown.
  10. Navigate to the Template field and select Approvals - Rejected Alert from the dropdown.
  11. Select Save.
