How to Update Employees to Become NetClose Users
Create a CSV worksheet with a list of employee names or internal IDs that tie to your NetSuite Employee List. Populate what type of access to NetClose these employees will have (Full or Task only). There will be a limitation of Full Access to the number of licenses you have purchased with NetClose. To check the number of licenses in NetClose navigate to NetClose > Setup > System Setup > License/Usage
Navigate to Setup > Import/Export > Import CSV Records. Select Employees for Import Type and Employees for Record Type. Select the CSV file with the list.
Select Update for Data Handling. Press Next. Map your fields (Employee Name or Employee Internal ID) to the corresponding fields. Add NetClose User Type from the NetSuite Field. Press Next.
Press Run. Employees from the list will now be updated to have the NetClose User box checked and they will be added as a user.
