Lease Types and Account Mapping
The first document that we will use in the implementation provides a template for gathering the information for lease types that is required before uploading individual leases. The most important part of this template is the account mapping which is where we match the accounts from the various journal entry types to the specific GL accounts for the company. An example has been filled out in column F.

NetLease Upload Templates
This template is used to load existing leases into the system using NetSuite's native CSV uploader. It outlines the key data that is necessary to calculate lease liability/ROU and other required information. We can also track any additional fields that you would like. If there are additional fields you don't see that you would like to track with your leases, these can be added as a new column.

This template is used to add permission levels to your NetSuite roles.
