Punchout For NetSuite - How to Add Fields on the Punchout Return Cart Form

Overview

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to add a field to the new Punchout Return Cart Screen Form.

Prerequisites: Must be logged in as an administrator in the NetSuite account.

Step by Step Process 

1. Navigate to Punchout > Punchout Configs and select Return Cart Forms.

2. Click on the form you would like to edit.

3. Click on the form that you want to add the field to.

4. Click on Add Field and choose what field type you would like to add.

5. Type in the Name of the field and type in help text.

6. Click on Form Settings -> Lists -> Add List at the top so we can add the employee options to our field.

7. Type the list name, choose the type of drop-down the field is, & paste the internal ID of the field and click Add

8. Go back to your Field settings and click on the option list source and select the list you created.
