Netgain offers an official NetClose Training Video course that walks through each module in NetClose. This is accessible to anyone at no cost. Users can sign up and view the course at this link.

What is available in this course?

In this course we go through each of the modules setup and configuration, as well as basic functionality of how the individual modules work.

How can you utilize this?

We created this course to pair with our implementation and to supplement certain information during the implementation. However, please feel free to use this at your convenience! What these could be helpful for?

• To watch and review ahead of time during your NetClose implementation – we are not trying to replace calls, but more so supplement information to make for more constructive discussions during the implementation
• As training videos for new members of your team! As individuals come and go from your organization, these videos are extremely useful to help new members get off the ground with their NetClose knowledge. 
• For refresher information – we know there is a great deal of information available for NetClose and these videos are a great place to start if you need to gain some quick knowledge on how individual modules are setup and operate. 
• For anything else you can think of – we put these videos together for you, the client, and we want the to be used and hopefully expanded upon in the future. If there are videos not included that could be useful to your team or others, please let us know and we'd be happy to engage in a discussion!
