NetLessor Untagged Transactions
Overview
The Untagged Transactions report provides details of impacts to lease accounts missing a lease tag or transactions with a lease tag that do not have the corresponding schedule line tag. In most cases, the user would expect this report to be blank. If transactions appear, this may indicate a transaction needs to be tagged to an lease or schedule line.
Step by Step Process
Navigation:
NetLessor > Reports (All Reports or Admin Reports) > NetLessor Untagged Transactions > Run
Filtering:
The report search can be filtered to display in the desired style:
Results:
Upon running the report the user will see a summarized report of transactions that are missing a lease tag or a schedule line tag (if applicable). Select the export button to download the report into Excel.
Troubleshooting
1. The report presents transactions that have not been tagged to a NetLessor Lease, if the transaction has been tagged to an lease and schedule line it will not appear in the report.
