NETLESSOR VERSION 2023.2 KEY UPDATES
- Amount Based Uplifts
- New field on the lease, Uplift Amount, adds support for amount based uplifts (in addition to existing percentage based uplifts)
- Terminations
- Added ability to automatically generate an invoice for the customer upon termination
- Scheduled Terminations
- The termination date field has been opened up to allow users to schedule terminations out into the future
- Future period (past the current period) termination will not post until they are processed in a monthly journals run
- Not yet available on multi-book and FX leases

- Delay Termination Posting
- Navigate to NetLessor > NetLessor Setup > System Setup and check the "Delay Termination Posting" checkbox in order to delay the posting of all termination journals until the schedule line is processed from the monthly journal page
- Billing
- Added ability to generate a sales order prior to generating an invoice
- To opt into this feature navigate to NetLessor > NetLessor Setup > System Setup and check the "Automated Sales Orders" under the System Features subtab
- Once complete users will have the choice to generate a Sales Order or an Invoice from Monthly Invoicing page
- Added customer filter to the monthly invoice processing page
- Future period bills will no longer get cleared out of the schedule upon modification
- Added ability to generate a sales order prior to generating an invoice
- Managed Bundle Upgrades
- Navigate to NetLessor > NetLessor Setup > System Setup and open the new "Manage Upgrades" subtab to control the frequency with which upgrades to the product are pushed out as well as who receives release notes
- Minor Updates
- Added support for the reversal of multiple types of custom reclasses
- Added support for Operating to Cash Basis modifications and vice/versa
- Added support for partial month lease income on sales type and direct financing leases
- Updated modification page so that rate calculation is no longer required for Operating and Cash Basis leases
- Updated task status tracking on large jobs to check on the status of all batched jobs instead of just the last one
- Added tracking for month over month payment uplift percentage and uplift percentage from the last payment
- Various bug fixes (see minor release notes)
- Fully tested for the NetSuite 2023.2 Release
