Lease Guarantors
Overview
The lease guarantors report provides a detail listing of lease guarantors, which can be a required footnote disclosure item. Guarantors are added to a lease record by creating a NetLease Contract Provision child record with the Contract Provision Sub Type marked as Guarantor. Refer to the Contract Provisions article for more information.
Process Steps
Step 1:
- Navigate to NetLease > Reports (All or Management) > Lease Guarantors
- Select Run button
Step 2:
- The report search can be narrowed down by adjusting the filters for lease, subsidiary, lease type, and status
- The report will automatically update as filtering options are selected
Recommended Filter by individual or all leases to capture all lease guarantors in the report. |
Results
- Upon running the report, the user will see all leases with guarantors
- Each lease line item will include guarantor information including name, guarantor release date, and contract paragraph reference
Troubleshooting
Is the report missing leases?
1. If desired leases do not appear in the report, check the selected filters to ensure leases are not being restricted from view.
2. Verify contract provision has been saved to lease.
