SuperSync Files - Patch for 2025.2 blank white screen

Issue with Blank White Screen

Approvals bundle users who have been updated to the NetSuite 2025.2 version may see an issue of a blank white screen while viewing the attachments page. This can be solved in two different ways.

Option 1 - Update to the latest bundle version

The recommended route is to perform an update to the latest version of the bundle using the instructions here. 

Option 2 - Manual Patch

If the above upgrade is unable to be performed in a timely manner a manual patch can be applied to handle the blank attachments page. The following instructions can be carried out by an Administrator in NetSuite, implementation partner or Netgain support personnel if granted access to the account. We are happy the help with this update as long as access has been granted to the team. 


Manual Patch Steps

1 - Locate the b4cd-asset-sl.js file by searching for it in the global search. If the file shows up twice we will just perform these steps on both files. Click the "Edit" link while hovering over the file. 


2 - Download the file locally so there is a back-up incase a mistake is made in the later steps. 

3 - Then edit the script file by clicking the "Edit" link next to the download link.


4 - When the file is open, click into the text area and then use Control-F (Command-F on a Mac) to bring up the find window. 


5 - Perform the following Find & Replace operation on the file. The uppercase and lowercase letters are important here.

Find: content-type

Replace: Content-Type

Match Case: True



 Double check your work and then click "replace all" 


6 - After this click the "Save" button.


Summary

This should be all that is needed. If users click the email links again after this they should work correctly.
