The alignment call is your very first call with the Netgain implementation team. This brief call is where you become familiar with the overall project and provide our implementation team with the details they need to ensure your implementation project is a success. You will want to come to this call prepared having filled out the discovery questionnaire we have provided to you in advance.

Client Preparation

Prior to holding the alignment call, a member of our team will send you a list of product-specific questions that help your implementors understand your loan accounting needs in more detail. It is vital to the implementation that you complete the questionnaire thoroughly since it communicates both the accounting issues you are looking to solve as well as sets the target our implementors are aiming for to successfully complete the project. This information greatly reduces the risk of delays, and unmet expectations, which therefore increases your overall satisfaction with the end product.
