NetLoan - Data Migration Call Overview

Overview

This is typically a 30-minute call aimed to introduce you to our method of transferring your data into NetLoan. Your implementation team will give you an overview of the upload templates you will need to complete and allow time for you to ask questions and understand how to complete them.

Preparation

By now you will have needed to provide your Netgian implementation team with access to your account. Either you or the Netgain team will have installed the NetLoan bundle into your NetSuite environment. You will also want to ensure your entire team has signed up for the Netgain Knowledge Base since this will be referenced frequently throughout the project and serves as a great support as you start working through the upload templates.

Data Migration Call

This 30-minute call is primarily focused on providing the know-how and tools your team needs to fill out the templates used to migrate your data into NetLoan. Individuals who will be working on gathering your data must attend this meeting, giving them a chance to ask questions as the implementor reviews the templates. Filling in the templates is usually the most resource-intensive and time-consuming portion of the implementation. Due to this, there are additional resources your team can access on the Netgain knowledge base to provide your team additional support while completing this task. Your implementation team will introduce you to those resources.

Your implementation team will also briefly follow up on some of the items and tasks discussed in the Alignment Call and outline the next steps your team will need to take to move the project forward.

Next Steps

Provide completed NetLoan templates to your implementation team so they can assist in uploading those into NetLoan
