Overview

Considerations

  • The five banks listed under Netgain Direct API always use that connection when the customer is on the corporate platform of one of those banks. It is the most reliable option for those institutions, supports direct troubleshooting by Netgain, and is tailored to NetCash fields. If the customer is on the consumer version of one of those banks rather than the corporate platform, Plaid/Finicity or CSV import is acceptable.
  • Match Bank Data is only viable when a bank feed is already live in NetSuite. Netgain does not troubleshoot Match Bank Data issues - the bank feed must be working correctly in NetSuite first.
  • Sandbox testing is recommended for connections via Plaid, Finicity, and GoCardless. Please note that sandbox testing is not available for Skript connections. Follow the instructions linked above to test connections in sandbox.
  • UK banks are not currently supported by any direct or third-party connection. CSV import is the only option.
