Punchout for NetSuite - Set an Address ID Custom Field

Overview

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to enter the ID of a custom field on the address record or location record to use this value for the Ship To ID instead of the internal ID of the address or location record for Punchout for NetSuite. If an employee were shipping to his house there would need to be an address ID; that can be set using this.

Prerequisites: Must be logged in as an administrator in the NetSuite account.

Step by Step Process

1. Navigate to Punchout > Punchout Configs and select Vendor Tiles Configs. View full size
2. Select Edit. View full size
3. Select the Advanced sub-tab. View full size
4. Navigate to the Address ID Custom Field and enter the internal ID for the custom field. View full size
5. Select Save. View full size
