Weighted Average Rate Detail Input
Important Note: This report is based on the leases in the system at the time this report is run. For proper financial reporting, make sure this report is run for each reporting period before processing any journals for the next period. (e.g. run this report for 12/31/21 before processing any January or February 2022 lease journals). |
Overview
This search provides a detail listing of leases and rate details from which you can export and recalculate weighed average rate, which are required footnote disclosure items.
Process Steps
Step 1:
- Navigate to NetLease > Reports > Disclosure Reports > Weighted Average Rate Detail Input
- Select Run
Step 2:
- The search can be narrowed down by adjusting the filters for period, commencement date, subsidiary, and/or lease type
- The report will automatically update as filtering options are selected
Recommended Filter by the last full period being reported on. |
Results
Upon running the schedule, the user will see the weighted average rate details per individual lease. You can export the detailed information into excel to recalculate the weighted average rate or click on each individual lease hyperlink to see the lease record.
