NetClose - Run Auto Reconciliations
Overview
The Auto Reconcile page allows you to run and re-run auto‑reconciliation rules to automatically complete eligible reconciliations. Auto-reconciliation rules are evaluated each time a reconciliation is generated but there may be cases where you need to rerun the rules, such as the following:
- If your auto‑reconciliation rules were updated or added after reconciliations were generated
- If a saved search balance changed after reconciliations were generated
Prerequisites
Reconciliations must be generated prior to running auto-reconciliations.
Step by Step
Navigate to NetClose > Reconciliations > Auto Reconcile. Generated reconciliations will display. Filter the list as needed.
Select the applicable reconciliations. Click Submit. Click Refresh until the Execution Status says Complete.
Reconciliations that meet the requirements for auto-reconciliation will show as Auto-Reconciled.
Navigate to NetClose > Reconciliations > All Reconciliations to review.
