SuperSync Files - Auto-Create Sub-Folders
Overview
This guide provides detailed instructions on how to auto-create sub-folders in SuperSync Files.
Prerequisites:
- SuperSync Files Bundle Installation
- Existing SuperSync Files SharePoint Connection or SuperSync Files Google Drive Connection
- NetSuite admin access
Step by Step Process
- In the top right corner, navigate to ... > SuperSync Files > Configs > Connections and select Record Type Configs.
- Select Edit for the corresponding connection.
- Select Other Settings.
- Navigate to Auto-Create Sub-Folders List and enter the sub-folders that should automatically be created. NOTE - Generate any number of sub-folders within the specific record folder with one sub-folder per line. Use forward slashes to indicate sub-sub-folders.
- Select Save.
