SuperSync Files - Ignore Saved Folder Path

Overview 

This guide provides detailed instructions on how to ignore the saved folder path in SuperSync Files. When enabled, SuperSync Files will ignore the saved folder path on the record and dynamically recalculate the folder path from the formula each time the record is viewed.

NOTE - This is generally not recommended.

Prerequisites:  

• SuperSync Files Bundle Installation
• Existing SuperSync Files SharePoint Connection or SuperSync Files Google Drive Connection
• NetSuite admin access

Step by Step Process 

1. In the top right corner, navigate to ... > SuperSync Files > Configs > Connections and select Record Type Configs.
2. Select Edit for the corresponding connection. View full size

4. Check the Ignore Saved Folder Path box. View full size
5. Select Save. View full size
