SuperSync Files - Always Attempt Sub-Folder Creation

Overview 

This guide provides detailed instructions on how to always attempt sub-folder creation in SuperSync Files. When enabled, every time the files sub-tab is opened, SuperSync Files will attempt to create sub-folders if they do not exist rather than only the first time the files sub-tab is opened. This can be useful if folders get deleted or if after using SuperSync Files for some time it would be helpful to add sub-folders to existing records.

Prerequisites:  

• SuperSync Files Bundle Installation
• Existing SuperSync Files SharePoint Connection or SuperSync Files Google Drive Connection
• NetSuite admin access

Step by Step Process 

1. In the top right corner, navigate to ... > SuperSync Files > Configs > Connections and select Record Type Configs.
2. Select Edit for the corresponding connection. View full size

4. Check the Always Attempt Sub-Folder Creation box. View full size
5. Select Save. View full size
