Punchout for NetSuite - Limit to Vendor Items on Mapping List

Overview

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to show the item mapping list populated only with items for the selected vendor when using Punchout for NetSuite. This limits the display of the list of items to items associated with a vendor in the vendor sublist on the item record.

NOTE - This setting does not apply when item categories are being used.

Prerequisites: Must be logged in as an administrator in the NetSuite account.

Step by Step Process 

1. Navigate to Punchout > Punchout Configs and select Vendor Tiles Configs. View full size

3. Check the Show Item Mapping List box. View full size
4. Check the Limit to Vendor Items box. View full size
5. Select Save. View full size
