SuperSync Files - Transition from Sandbox to Production
Overview
This guide goes through the basic process of exporting the SuperSync Files data from the sandbox account so that it can be imported into the production account. This process should be done once the configuration in sandbox is finalize.
Any settings and customization in the sandbox account will need to be duplicated in the production account.
Begin Configuration in Production
- Complete SuperSync Files Bundle Installation in Production
Export from Sandbox
- Navigate to SuperSync Files > Configs > Connections and select the view Sharepoint Export or Google Drive Export as applicable
- Download and save list as CSV file
Import into Production
- Switch to the production account.
- Navigate to Setup > Import/Export > Import CSV Records. The connection record/s will be uploaded through this import process.
- Select Import Type: Custom Records
- Select Record Type: SSF | Connection
- Select CSV File(s): {CSV Sharepoint Export from Sandbox}
- Select Next
- Under Data Handling select Add
- Select Next
- Map the fields from the CSV file to the NetSuite fields as applicable
- Select Next
- Select Run or Save & Run
Finish Configuration into Production
- Once the connections are uploaded into production, create the Record Type Configs as created in sandbox
- Configure any other customizations as needed
