SuperSync Files - How to Authorize SuperSync Files with Microsoft
Overview
Important - The Authentication method for SuperSync Files to Microsoft Sharepoint has been updated as of October 2025 to align with current best practices from Microsoft. This may require re-authorization via the the following steps by a Microsoft Administrator.
SuperSync Files allows you to connect your NetSuite environment with Microsoft SharePoint for seamless file management. Before using the integration, SuperSync Files will need to be authorized with Microsoft.
Step by Step Process
PREREQUISITE - Have a Microsoft administrator create a dedicated service user account, assigning it a username and password. Use this account to complete Step 10.
- Navigate to SuperSync Files > Configs > and select Connections
- Select New SSF | Connection or select edit on an existing connection
- Name the connection
- Navigate to the Document Connector field and select Microsoft Sharepoint from the dropdown
- Select the Microsoft sub-tab
- Enter Microsoft Tenant ID
- Enter Sharepoint Site Domain, Sharepoint Site Path and Sharepoint Base Folder Path and select Save
- Select Authenticate with Microsoft
- Select OK
NOTE - Authentication should be completed using a dedicated Microsoft user
- Login using the dedicated user account
CONDITIONAL - If you are not the Microsoft admin, your Microsoft admin will receive the following email to provide admin consent:
- A message will display confirming that authentication was completed successfully
