Punchout for NetSuite - Display Custom Segments on Return Cart Screen

Overview

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to customize the return cart screen with custom segments to capture additional information before finalizing the purchase order when orders are transmitted back into NetSuite with Punchout for NetSuite.

Prerequisites: Must be logged in as an administrator in the NetSuite account.

Step by Step Process 

1. Navigate to Punchout > Punchout Configs and select Global Configs. View full size
2. Select Custom Segments to Display and enter the custom segment ID preceded by "customrecord_". Example: customrecord_cseg_npo_region View full size NOTE - Custom segments can be found by navigating to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields and select Custom Segments.
3. Select Save. View full size
