Punchout for NetSuite - Customize Return Cart Screen

Overview

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to customize the return cart screen in order to capture additional information before finalizing the purchase order when orders are transmitted back into NetSuite with Punchout for NetSuite. 

Prerequisites: Must be logged in as an administrator in the NetSuite account.

Step by Step Process 

1. Navigate to Punchout > Punchout Configs and select Global Configs. View full size
2. Check the any of the Show Location Field, Show Class Field, Show Department Field, Show Customer/Job Field or Show Employee Field boxes. View full size NOTE -There is additional information on displaying custom segments here.
