Punchout for NetSuite - Vendor Code

Overview

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to display the supplier logo on the vendor tile based on the 3-letter vendor code for Punchout for NetSuite. As an example, if AMZ is entered in the Vendor Code field the Amazon logo will display on the vendor tile.

Prerequisites: Must be logged in as an administrator in the NetSuite account.

Step by Step Process

1. Navigate to Punchout > Punchout Configs and select Vendor Tiles Configs. View full size

3. Select the Advanced sub-tab. View full size
4. Enter the 3-letter code in the Vendor Code field. View full size
5. Select Save. View full size
