Analytics - How to install SuperSync Analytics

Bundle Access

Before installing SuperSync Analytics, the Netgain App Support Team needs to grant access to the bundle in your NetSuite account.

Steps to Provide Access:

1. Provide Account Number: Share the account number of the NetSuite account where the bundle should be installed. Remember that account numbers are unique for Production and Sandbox environments.

2. Locate Account Number:

   • Log into NetSuite.
   • Your NetSuite account number can be found at the start of the URL when logged in. View full size

Installing the Bundle

To install SuperSync Analytics in your NetSuite account, follow these steps:

1. Log In as Administrator:

   • Ensure you are logged in as an Administrator or with a role that has access to the SuiteBundles feature.

2. Navigate to SuiteBundles:

   • Go to Customization > SuiteBundler > Search & Install Bundles. View full size

3. Search for the Bundle:

   • On the next screen, search for "SuperSync" or use the bundle number "462836".
   • If the bundle does not appear, ensure that access has been granted. View full size

4. Install the Bundle:

   • Click on the name of the bundle to open the install screen.
   • Click the Install button and follow the prompts through several screens detailing the bundle contents. The default settings on each screen are generally acceptable. View full size

5. Wait for Installation:

   • The installation process may take several minutes to complete.

Post-Installation

Once the installation is complete, the next steps involve establishing connections to your Analytics platform of choice, and setting up data sources. These topics are covered in separate documents.
