Punchout for NetSuite - Limit Access to Punchout Vendors by Role

Overview

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to limit access to punchout vendors by role for Punchout for NetSuite. Select roles from a list to limit access to the vendor tile by NetSuite role. Leave none selected for no filter to be applied.

Prerequisites: Must be logged in as an administrator in the NetSuite account.

Step by Step Process 

1. Navigate to Punchout > Punchout Configs and select Vendor Tiles Configs. View full size
2. Select Edit. View full size
3. Navigate to Roles and select one or multiple roles to provide access to vendor tile on employee dashboard for employees assigned to those roles. View full size NOTE - If none are selected, no filter will be applied.
4. Select Save. View full size
