Punchout for NetSuite - Limit Access to Punchout Vendors by Subsidiary

Overview

This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to limit access to punchout vendors by subsidiary for Punchout for NetSuite. To enable subsidiary permissions the internal ID(s) must be entered into the Subsidiaries field separated by commas.

Prerequisites: Must be logged in as an administrator in the NetSuite account.

Step by Step Process 

1. Navigate to Punchout > Punchout Configs and select Vendor Tiles Configs. View full size
2. Select Edit. View full size
3. Select the Permissions sub-tab. View full size
4. Enter internal ID(s) into the Subsidiaries field separated by commas. View full size
5. Select Save. View full size
