SSEO - SuperSync Email Quick Access Drop Down
Purpose
This document describes the SuperSync Email quick access drop down menu introduced to improve navigation within NetSuite. The drop down provides direct access to commonly used SuperSync Email pages that previously required multiple navigation steps.
Version Information
This feature was introduced in SuperSync Email SuiteApp version 1.76.3.
Customers running earlier versions will not see this menu until the SuiteApp is updated.
Feature Overview
The SuperSync Email drop down appears in the NetSuite top navigation bar. It consolidates frequently accessed SuperSync Email pages into a single menu to reduce navigation time and improve usability.
The menu is displayed to all users by default. Users can only access pages permitted by their assigned NetSuite role. Administrators have access to all available menu items.
Accessing the Drop Down
Log in to NetSuite
Locate the top navigation bar
Select SuperSync Email
The quick access drop down menu is displayed
Menu Items
SuperSync Email Overview
Provides a high level overview of SuperSync Email configuration and status. This page is commonly used to review overall setup and system behavior.
Configs
Provides direct access to configuration related pages, including
• Global Configs
• Profiles
• Quick Link to SuperSync Cloud
• Provisioned Licenses
These pages were previously accessed through multiple setup paths and are now available directly from the drop down.
Attachments
Provides direct access to SuperSync Email attachment folder within your NetSuite Instance.
Setup & Help
Provides access to setup and support related resources, including
• Support Site
• Initial Setup - Account
• Script Error Logs
Login Token
Provides access to the Login Token page that users can quickly access and get the Login Token for the add-in.
Permissions and Access Control
The quick access drop down is visible to all users. NetSuite permissions determine which pages a user can access.
• Administrators can access all menu items
• Non admin users can only access pages allowed by their role
If a user selects a page they do not have permission to access, NetSuite will restrict access according to standard role enforcement.
Notes
• The drop down does not override existing NetSuite security or role permissions
• No configuration is required to enable the menu
• Updating to SuiteApp version 1.76.3 or later is required
