Accounting Updates

  • Added a posting period preference to control how journal entries are handled when their transaction date falls in a locked accounting period.
  • Added the Discount Rate Method field to the Lease Type record to support XIRR calculation of lease discount rates.
  • Added support for per-lease Go-Live dates

Automate Jobs Updates

  • Added support for automated, scheduled processing of custom reclass journal entries. A Reclass Journal Type can be specified on the Automate Jobs script deployment, replicating the manual Reclass Suitelet flow on a configured schedule.
  • Added a "Run Up To and Including" setting on the NetLessor Automate Jobs page, allowing reclasses to be run up to and including the current period.

Close Out Updates

  • Added the ability to hide the "Buy Out" button on leases when the global setting "Buy Out Button" is disabled.

Custom Sourcing Updates

  • Updated the custom sourcing tool to allow updating of existing sourcing rules.
  • Added support for suitelet-driven custom sourcing fields. A custom sourcing rule can now display a manual input field on a processing suitelet (Commence, Classification, Create Lease, etc.), where the entered value is written directly to the target field on the resulting lease or transaction without requiring a source field on the originating record

Fee Updates

  • Added adhoc fee generation based on fee frequency and start date. Generates up to 12 months of adhoc fees.

Invoice Updates

  • Added the ability to group adhoc invoices.
  • Allow users to select an invoice grouping option even when no default grouping is configured on the Setup page.

Modification Updates

  • Added a modification preview for standard, complete, and other modifications, allowing users to view the resulting Schedule Line Record field values before saving and giving full visibility into the impact of a change prior to committing it.
  • Added a modification link to schedule lines that are updated or created through a modification, for reporting purposes.
  • Added reversal confirmation messaging based on the deletion control setting.
  • When reversing renewal modifications, if there is an invoice on the schedule line, it will now be deleted or reversed depending on the deletion control setting.
  • Added automatic version creation for new leases and modifications to feed future true up modifications.

Reporting Updates

  • Added configurable exports for the Lease Schedules. This is found on the NetLessor - Lease UE script deployment, where each lease classification has a search ID that can be configured.

Termination Updates

  • Added automatic calculation of cash paid for non-lease payments on prior period terminations, as well as manual support of cash paid for non-lease payments on current period terminations.

Miscellaneous

  • Added new Release Notes page embedded in the product (NetLessor > NetLessor Help > Release Notes), which displays all NetLessor release notes in one searchable view, indicates the version currently installed in your account, and includes a "Pull Future Release Notes" button to preview upcoming releases published by Netgain.
  • Deprecated the "Send Release Notes to" subtab on the Manage Upgrades tab in NetLessor Setup in favor of in-app messaging.
  • Various bug fixes (see minor release notes).
  • Fully tested for the NetSuite 2026.2 release.
