NetLessor - Time Machine Leases

Use Case: Circumstances may require a current lease record to be refreshed. Refreshing a lease will cause all the journal entries to be deleted and will bring the lease record back to its original pending status.

STEP BY STEP PROCESS

• Navigate to NetLessor > NetLessor Setup > Refresh Leases.

• Select the desired filters to narrow the Lease records you want to refresh or select Mark All.
• After your selection of leases click Submit. 
• Confirm your intent to refresh the leases by typing CONFIRM in the warning box that appears, then hit OK. View full size
• Continue to click Refresh until the status shows Complete.
• You will see a list of your Refreshed Leases. View full size
• Click the hyperlink of a refreshed lease to see the lease record.
